Welcome to LovingCare HomeCare Services Inc. My name is Dena Boyd and I am the proud owner and CEO. Ever since childhood I have had a passion for helping others. Watching my mother tirelessly dedicate her life to the healthcare field and to the act of helping others only grew that passion into a yearning to help others myself. As I grew older a dream to start my own HomeCare Agency began to take hold of me within. I saw it as a clear opportunity for me to put my passion to work in a meaningful way.

Once the Coronavirus Pandemic began to spread it became obvious that there was an immediate need for in home care. The vulnerable members of our families and communities were being affected in a severely disproportionate manner, they needed our help. After contracting Covid myself I began to realize how impactful having a caring and dedicated in-home aide could be. Whether it be someone to help fulfill their daily needs , someone capable of being there for an in-person conversation , or someone there to simply provide a tender caring touch on the hand to reassure them that they are not alone and that someone cares. This was the moment where I began to turn my long held dream into a reality.

LovingCare HomeCare Services Inc. is dedicated to my mother, Carolyn Drummond. Without the values instilled by her starting this company would not have been possible. I have watched her dedicate her entire life to the loving care of her loved ones as well as a plethora of other people who were in need. She has shown myself and many others what it truly means to be selfless and what it looks like to have a heart for sacrifice. I can only hope that this business will live up to the standard she has set and to make her proud of what is to become my life’s work. “
